BEACH SAFARI
The variety of the offerings of the pantry of the beach will be a surprise for most people. This tour will challenge our taste buds with many herbs and we get an understanding of why the Nordic cuisine has gained international recognition, due to their focus on local ressources. Let yourself be inspired to new dishes and the use of products that have been knewn by generations before us, who harvested them along the beaches – a knowledge that is forgotten today.
We visit the beach in Ærøskøbing, Voderup or on Eriks Hale in Marstal, where a particularly impressive variety is offered. Here one can find at least 20 different edible herbs, some of which are among the best and on the menu card in quite a few of the finest restaurants in the country.
Individual tours can be conducted in both Danish and English.

Meeting point: Parking lot at Eriks Hale at the end of Østersøvej, Marstal
